Jon Aneson

Jon was born in Brooklyn and has lived on LBI since the 1980s. He has strong local connections developed during his years as a restaurant designer with Consolidated Business Services.
Jon earned his Bachelor’s in Business Management at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ

He serves as Industry Chair, Nevada Food Safety Task Force; Certified Historical Preservationist,
NJ Historical Society; Founding Director of Skills For Life After-School Program for the Maximilian Foundation, which was designed for underprivileged youth to be taught and to develop culinary skills in their junior and senior years for sustainable global careers upon graduation
Jon currently serves as the President & CEO of Sea Hawk Safety
